You are solely responsible for your safety and navigation decisions.

All uploads are governed by our Image & Content Upload Policy.

Moderators must:

• Own or have rights to all uploaded content
• Comply with all copyright and licensing requirements

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.

10. Copyright and DMCA Policy

CityArtWalks complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content infringes your copyright, please follow the process outlined in our DMCA Copyright Policy.

We reserve the right to remove content in response to valid claims.

11. Payments and Revenue Sharing

CityArtWalks may offer revenue-sharing opportunities to moderators.

• Payment terms are governed by separate agreements (e.g., Moderator Agreement)
• Earnings are not guaranteed
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers

CityArtWalks is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

12. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content or services
• Payment processing providers
• External websites or platforms

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityArtWalks shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

• Representative proceedings

Arbitration Location

Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration will take place in the State of Oregon, United States.

Exceptions

Either party may:

• Bring claims in small claims court
• Seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or unauthorized use

Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to:

legal@cityartwalks.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon.
